We believe that everyone deserves a fair opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or skill level. When we detect barriers to opportunity, we don't turn away; we tackle them head on.

This past summer we launched our Barons Girls Development Program. What started out with a few slowly grew to many and we couldn't have been happier, but this was just the start.
This summer girls from all over will have the chance to #weartheleaf and compete in various tournaments throughout the summer on one of our rostered teams. Your seasons will be divided into two. Season 1- May and June, Season 2 -July and August with teams competing at U11-U13-U15 age groups. The two season format allows you the flexibility to pick a time that better suits you.
